Application for Letter of Administration

Application for Letter of Administration is when a person dies without leaving a will. We assist our clients in applying to the high court for a letter of administration to appoint an administrator to administer the estate of the deceased. With this essential step, it then allows the estate of the deceased to be distributed according to the Distribution Act 1958.
