Chang acts for local and multinational individuals, property developers and investors in dealings such as acquisitions, disposals, tenancies and leases for both landed and strata titled properties, including, but not limited to, residential, industrial, and commercial, factories and Malay Reserve Lands. Her experience in real estate transactions also includes facilitating loan transaction for local and foreign financial institutions, performing perfection of transfer and charge, discharge of charge, and obtaining the requisite approvals from the regulatory bodies.
Chang also provides an extensive array of family-related services, such as application for probate, letters of administration, drafting wills, and handling estate and inheritance disputes. Her expertise further extends to matrimonial law, which includes both unilateral and joint divorce, judicial separation, child adoption, and custody matters. Committed to offering compassionate guidance and effective advocacy, she is devoted to assisting her clients with all aspects of family law.
