Application for Grant of Probate is when a person dies leaving a will. We assist our clients in applying to the high court for Grant of Probate. The purpose of Grant of Probate is a legal document issued by the High Court to formally recognises the validity of a will and empowers the appointed executor to distribute the estate of the deceased according to the Will.
